The irresistible charm of the Sunday brunch at Tables Grill is an achievement brought by the Chef de Cuisine, Mr. Michel Eschmann, who has brilliantly designed, with his team, a unique brunch experience to diners. This classic European-styled Sunday brunch excites not only our taste buds, but it also stimulates our senses of sight and smell with joy.
Stepping into Tables Grill, you will immediately feel the European flair of this restaurant. The decor is classic with appealing furniture, elegant finishes and alluring lighting. With the live cooking stations set among dining tables, diners are put in an interactive dining environment, with precious opportunity to be entertained by the culinary skills of the chefs at each station.
The whole dining ambience is further enhanced by the live music played outside the restaurant. The happy relaxing tune played by the musicians will gently massage your nerves and create an appetizing mood for the brunch.
(1) Live cooking stations:
Tables Grill’s signature Lobster Bisque: This is something that you will not want to miss! Their Lobster Bisque is no doubt one of the best in town. Creamy and thick with the aroma of lobster!
Champagne risotto: Prepared by the chef in the authentic Italian way, this risotto was really tasty. The essence of stock, cheese and other ingredients were blended perfectly. The portion given by the chef was just right. If you would like a pan-seared duck liver to be put on top of the risotto, all you need to do is to tell a server around you. He will make your wish come true!
Roast Wagyu Steak: how could a Sunday brunch be complete without this succulent steak!
(2) Open bar: we really like the free-flowing of Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial champagne as well as other fine section of wine. Not very fond of alcohol? No problem, their bartender can also bring you different kinds of fruit juice as well as other signature drinks of Tables Grill. Try their Iced Lychee Tea, you will love it.
(3) Main courses: Except Boston Lobster Thermidor, which you can only order once, other main courses can be ordered to make anytime at the brunch, and as many as your want.
Poached egg a la Benedictine
Pan fried duck liver
Chargrilled lamb chops, truffle glace
Poached Cod Fillet, Lemon Beurre Blanc
Oven Baked Fettuccine Gratin
(4) Cold cuts and oysters
Fine de Claire from France: quality oysters paired with Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial – perfect!
Other cold cuts and appetizers: They were delicately arrayed to solely lure your appetite!
(5) Spacious dessert room
No matter how much you can eat, always leave some room for dessert! Here at Tables Grill, a dessert room serving you a wide selection of dessert from coconut sorbet to all sorts of cakes and tarts as well as fine selection of European cheese! We are sure that this dessert room will put you in awe when you see all kinds of delicacies right in front of your eyes. We love their aromatic coconut sorbet – simple but satisfactorily completed our brunch with happiness!
(6) Attentive & professional service
As guaranteed by the fame of the brand – Grand Hyatt Erawan, we have nothing to complain about their service. All servers are attentive and professional, making sure your every moment at Tables Grill is an unforgettable experience. It is also this kind of service that makes us become a regular of the restaurant!
