Learn about the concept of BIRDS Rotisserie and everything about their chicken! As the restaurant name implies, diners can expect fresh, hot and juicy rotisserie chicken as well as seasonal BIRDS throughout the year. Chicken will be served with many delicious choices of home-made sauces and side dishes. You can choose to order a half or the whole chicken or a set menu. Their Home-made burger is also not to be missed. Unlike others, BIRDS buns are freshly baked daily with tasty stuffed chicken cordon bleu and smoked cheese. Choices of healthy salads, snacks and desserts are also offered.

BIRDS is composed of five experienced entrepreneurs in the areas of food and beverage, culinary and marketing industry; Laurent Perche – Marketing Specialist, Mathieu Babot – Owner/Partner Oskar Bistro, Matthieu Haudot – Owner La Vanille Co, Chef Jeremy Tourret and Chef Julien Lavigne.

Chef Jeremy Tourret is a culinary maestro. Jeremy is a chef with a simple three-pronged philosophy of “respecting tradition, using the finest ingredients, and bringing pleasure to diners”. After working in a three Michelin Stars restaurant in Paris and New York such as Le Bristol and Daniel, he hailed to Bangkok since 2008. Chef Jeremy was Chef de Cuisine at V9 in Sofitel Silom Bangkok and later was promoted to Executive Sous Chef of Sofitel Sukhumvit and Chef de Cuisine at L’Appart. Before opening BIRDS, Jeremy was an Executive Chef at El Mercado.

Chef Julien Lavigne grew up around food with a strong family background in restaurants and he had worked in France and London with The Pourcel Brothers two Michelin Stars chefs. Chef Julien collaborated with the Pourcel chefs at D’Sens restaurant in Dusit Thani Bangkok. Before taking part of the opening team of Oskar Bistro Bangkok and Phrom Phenh as a consulting chef & owner, one of the most popular restaurants and bars.

Chelsea was born in Hong Kong and is a genuine food lover. Her palate is especially sharp on Cantonese food, delicacies from Hong Kong and meat (especially beef, chicken and lamb). She is able to taste how the food is cooked and prepared. Besides, she is also a pro buffet gourmet because of her unlimited appetite. When she says ‘too sweet’, it may not be sweet for you as her preference for chocolate is 72++ dark chocolate.
