The traditional Thanksgiving Buffet is a cornucopia with something for everyone. The centrepiece on the menu is succulent roast turkey with herb stuffing served with cranberry sauce and giblet sauce. Also available is tender roast lamb with bread pudding, Brussels sprouts and thyme jus. Hot from the oven, these are served with traditional sides such as roasted and mashed potatoes and a medley of vegetables. Alternatively, guests can indulge in a selection of fresh seafood on ice. To finish there are traditional desserts of pumpkin and pecan pie. The Thanksgiving Buffet comes with the option of a free flow beverage package including red wine, white wine, Prosecco, and autumn cocktails.
